Thursday evening-- my best friend of eight years arrived for a quick weekend visit.

She had to leave on Saturday to make it home for Father's day but..

despite our short amount of time-- we had alot of fun.

Ok. We have one restaurant here in town that we could

quite possibly eat at everyday of our lives. 

Believe me when I say, it's AMAZING.

 While I was in Thaxton,

Mom called and told me that she heard Italia's went out of business.

I think I actually wanted to shed a few tears and immediately called MC

to let her know of the unfortunate news. We were seriously sad for quite a few days

before driving by  Friday on our way to Mcalister's

and noticing an OPEN SIGN on the WINDOW!!

We honestly let out a scream of excitement and hit the gas!

I thought about crying tears of joy! ;)
